Recently, our Shandong KRS high-temperature and high-density calcium silicate production base in China welcomed a delegation of key clients from South Korea. This visit aimed to conduct an on-site inspection of our company's production processes, quality control, and R&D capabilities, and to further promote in-depth cooperation between both sides in the field of high-end refractory and insulating materials.

Under the accompaniment of our company's manager Lisa, the Korean client visited the raw material pre-treatment workshop, the high-temperature molding production line, the precision testing laboratory and the finished product storage area. Our company's production workshop adopts internationally advanced automated production equipment, combined with a strict quality control system, ensuring the stability, low thermal conductivity and excellent mechanical strength of high-density calcium silicate boards under high-temperature conditions. The client highly praised this.

The Korean delegation particularly focused on the product's high-temperature resistance (with a long-term use temperature of over 1000℃) and customized production capacity. Our production technology team detailedly introduced the microstructure optimization plan for high-density calcium silicate, as well as the personalized solutions for different industrial furnaces, ship fireproof and insulation purposes. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on technical details.

Negotiate cooperation and jointly expand the international market

During the subsequent business meeting, the Korean client stated that our company's large-scale production capacity and stable product quality fully meet the demands of the Korean market for high-end refractory materials. Especially in the high-temperature industrial fields such as steel smelting and petrochemicals, the application prospects are very broad. Both parties reached a preliminary consensus on product specification optimization, logistics supply, and long-term strategic cooperation, and plan to sign an annual purchase agreement in the near future.
